I am extremely disappointed in the FD Strano Sales co. The Owner came to my home and took measurement etc: for a sunroom to be added on to my home, He said he would get back to me within a week for total costs. It has now close to a month from his visit and I have heard nothing from him. I don't know how he stays in business with this type of work ethic. I have tried calling the business number but no one returns my call, In fact , I could not even leave a message.
