Patrick Sprunger came out on a clear, sunny August SUNDAY because our generator wasn’t working, and we worried our sump pump would flood. He was at our home in 20 minutes even though that meant giving up his personal time. Buying a Generac generator from Hayes Electric and installed by Patrick Sprunger was the best decision we could have made for our family. We are grateful and thankful for your help.
Recently F.D. Hayes installed a generator for me. The whole thing went smoothly. The staff was promptly responsive to my questions and concerns. Installation was scheduled very soon after I contracted it. Installation day went smoothly and the staff was great. James explained everythin clearly during installation. I did have one problem that came up a couple of weeks after installation. Patrick responded immediately and took care of the problem. It was extremely hard to make contact with them today to fix the our generator. It was serviced on 3/15/19, only to turnaround and not have it work when it was needed today during the power outage. It appears to be from the new battery not getting charged from the charging unit that was Not serviced during the Tuneup! The situation required us to go out and purchase a new generator because running the risk of our Basement Flooding and refrigerator not running was not an option. Pat Sprunger was friendly, personable, and helpful to us in chosing the Generac unit best suited to our needs, includins a no pressure sales presentation. The technicians who installed the unit were helpful, courteous, friendly, and professional. AND tonight we had our first power outage for over 2 hours.
