My wife and I reluctantly hired FD Building Co. to add an addition to our home, that included a bedroom, on suite bathroom and a walk in closet. The reason I say reluctantly was based on our previous experience with contractors, that was horrible at best. From the start I worked with Jason Foster who's helped me envision how to make the most of my space while keeping a country look. We worked with AJ (project manager) on a long list of cosmetic refreshes to an older home -- e.g., new floors, full interior painting, new lighting, refinished kitchen cabinets, masonry work, etc. The work required significant coordination given the long list of items (and tradespeople required to execute). We hired FD Building for a large renovation - they completely redid the upper floor of our home back to the studs, reworked the floor plan, raised the ceilings, installed two new bathrooms plus HVAC for the entire home, and many more smaller projects. Our project manager George Ponce was outstanding from day one, juggling multiple subcontractors and keeping us in the loop with regular communications. We'll use FD again for our next project!
