Scheduled a test for 2:20pm, called the number and was told someone was on the way and no one came to my car until 2:50. When the young man came, he did two tests - a rapid and a PCR. I just received the PCR results after 10 days. It says the PCR wasn't even received by the lab until yesterday and I tested on 12/22. If you need results more quickly go elsewhere. I ended up going somewhere else the next day and received PCR results in less than 24 hours.
