You get what you pay for in the end sadly, we used them as we thought a refinance was cut and dry!!! Needless to say for them it wasn't!! They made mistakes all over the place then ghosted me for a few weeks until I threatened using my lawyer. They then became apologetic and slowly got the ball rolling. Lots of additude and passive aggressive responses for a company that doesn't have a leg to stand on!! Pay the money and get it done right, save yourself the headache and stress of dealing with their incompetence.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone for anything. We used them for the legal work on a new mortgage. Nothing but issues and mistakes on their end, which one employee tried to pass off as normal. The documents weren't proof read before sending and contained incorrect information. Apparently that was ok and would be fixed electronically after signing (?). Some legal team! They say that customer service is their top priority. Well good luck with that.
