I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone for anything. We used them for the legal work on a new mortgage. Nothing but issues and mistakes on their end, which one employee tried to pass off as normal. The documents weren't proof read before sending and contained incorrect information. If I can give them 0 stars I would. They claim to provide best customer service which is a lie. They hold your deposit and claim in writing that the deposit will be made on a specific date which never happens. Then you as a client keep on calling them to ask where are the funds. In my scenario they kept on blaming TD bank whereas it was their fault that my deal got delayed. Stay away from them.
