My older model treadmill required a walking belt replacement. I called Roland at FCS for service, based on the reviews I read. I was not disappointed, and in fact, Roland exceeded my expectations. He quoted the cost of the replacment belt and the installation, which was very reasonable. When I approved, he ordered the belt and had it shipped quickly.
