Roland was very responsive, courteous and went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with the treadmill repair he completed for us. Roland remembered I lived outside his service area and followed up when he was going to be close by. He arrived exactly when he said he would and fixed my slightly used/ new elliptical. We contacted Roland at FCS based on the reviews for his company/services. He was very knowledgeable and punctual with his on site maintenance visits to assist us with our Bowflex Max 5 Trainer. He's very cordial and professional and was able to install the new motor needed for the machine. We would highly recommend Roland and his company for any fitness equipment repairs you might require. Excellent service and on time even during the snowstorm. Roland efficiently resolved the issue and promptly replaced two major parts on my treadmill. I will continue to use FCS and will highly recommend to others. Thank you again Roland!
