This review is for parking only. They need to find a way to keep residents ( it shares a garage w an apartment building) out of the medical office parking spaces. Went at 8am and there was literally not a single space available. AND the office building is not yet fully leased. Imagine how it will b when there are MORE doctors offices!
Good experience with the Eye specialty dept., with cautious optimism toward future visits here. In particular, please don’t turn this office into the assembly-line ophthalmological practice like at the UCI MC Orange location where complex cases with complicated histories are not given sufficient consultation time due to the HEAVY scheduled patient load.
First impressions are super important but this particular group doesn’t appear to care. I cannot in good conscience recommend this group. They are critically deficient in the following areas: Communication skills are poor to non-existent. They may screen calls so depending on your status you may or may not have your call answered or returned. Don’t be surprised if you are left on hold until you are forced to hang up. If I can give negative stars, I would! This place is so unorganized. The reception or doctor assistant sent my lab work to wrong places that is not covered by my insurance 3 times! I was charged over $1000 because of this. Yet their attitude was complete unacceptable. They said I should have called the lab first. But the lab they put in the order for never answers any call! So I have to basically drive there and find out for if their order is correct each time?!
