Apologies for this lengthy review but my experience should never, ever have happened. I have been having procedures in this outpatient facility since 2003. Never had any negative experience(s). Unfortunately, that all changed on July 23rd. PROBLEM #1 - It was very challenging to reach someone to ask about financial responsibility. Patient, while in final hours of procedure prep, typically receives a call the afternoon before the procedures. This allows zero time for the patient to work with insurance if there is liability.
