If I could give zero stars I def would. Buyer beware of this company. They do not care about the patient or the caregiver. The service and communications were like dealing w high school drama. They do not allow caregivers to have their own vehicles. Then drop them off with a suitcase and a quick introduction to the patient. We had a phenomenal caregiver from FCP - Esther. Absolutely great. We also dealt with Garry B as account person ad he was excellent. The team we dealt with at their HQ Sue and others were also really good. We dealt with one of the "brand name" nationwide chains before FCP and FCP was simply better for us in many regards (price, responsiveness etc.)

We used FCP Live-in Care for 8 + months. They were easy to communicate with, friendly and quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. Our live in caregiver, Kwafaani, was amazing. She took good care of our mom. She felt like part of the family. The field manager Pam, was attentive and positive. Always checking in to make sure things were going well.
