Update-10/21/2025 OnTrac has delivered replacement package to....wrong address...and the customer name and address and zip code are all wrong...OnTrac refused to give me the local address and or local contact phone number and then disconnected the chat.... On top of this....FCP Euro has once again...3rd time....shipped out my oil change kit for our BMW thru...YOU guessed it....OnTrac........again....what has happened to what was a previously great company....WOW, someone is making STUPID decisions to use OnTrac.....am sure F... read more
Long time FCP Euro customer, and it pains me to write this review...over the past few years....the quality of service overall has gone downhill, never able to get someone on the phone, and now they have started using this garbage system...OnTrac....which loses packages and does not provide any type of tracking that works.....will be taking my business elsewhere if they continue to ship my parts thru OnTrac ...will go to Pelican Parts or elsewhere....I hope the owners are listening.....

Always great service. Packing sometime weak as carriers are rough with the boxs rotors should be shipped separately!
Edit: Customer service sorted things out. Took one too many emails to reach resolution in my opinion. Absolutely disappointed in FCP Euro. I have been a long-time customer and their customer service is absolutely horrible for the one time I reach out because they shipped me non-Bluetec non-diesel parts for my Bluetec diesel Mercedes.
