Received incorrect parts for my vehicle. Followed up with customer service by phone, no resolution. Followed up with email, still no resolution. Provided proof that OE part numbers from dealership vs FCP Euro website do not match up, still no response.
If its in your city and you are forced to having something shipped, theres something wrong. I dont want, nor should I have to lay 14.99 for same day. Or wait 2-4 days if its over 49.99…. People, we are working people, not everyone has two cars and can afford to have their vehicle out of commission for x amount of extra days…. Like wooohoo the warehouse is in my city…. If you own a Mercedes, and you want to do any of work yourself, you must get to know FCP euro!!!!. They're a little harder to get through to (Please stop the AI automated answering machine) than they used to be, but their technical support people are excellent, their prices are competitive, and they have a lifetime warranty on everything they sell you Yes everything, even brake pads! Incredible company to do business with
