I try very hard to like this bank, but it always seems to be one issue after another. A few months ago, I received a fraud alert on one of my debit cards, that card needed to be replaced. FCN did replace a card, but they replaced the wrong debit card—the one attached to an account that never had a problem. I didn’t realize it for three or four weeks because I had no reason to suspect they had replaced the wrong card.
