I shopped around awhile before finally going with FCM. Originally it was their communication that reeled me in. I was also impressed with their website and how seamlessly it worked even showing you pricing and letting you out “add on” services while giving you pricing. They’re not the cheapest around but they are worth it. They are very professional and I don’t have to lift a finger and always leaves my home perfect. I signed up for the bi weekly cleaning. When I went there to check things were wet and appeared to look clean but after it all dried you could see the dirt. The place wasn’t vacuumed either. They left spider webs all over the place and dirt and grime. The first time I hired them they did great I really don’t understand why they did such a poor job this time around.

Was able to get same day service after calling a dozen other cleaning services who were booked up. Friendly service, house smelled great after and was a huge help to me.

We hired FCM to clean prior to a special event. From booking to day of arrival, the company was very professional and communication was clear and helpful. Cleaning service was all that we were promised. Very pleased.
