So glad to have found FCM. The electric hatch opener on my 2014 GL 550 was not functioning. He fixed it in 15 minutes recording the hatch module. A mechanic from another local garage told me I needed to replace a bunch of parts on the hatch – he was wrong. Remzi is my new mechanic now. I won’t go anywhere else.

I wish I could give these guys six stars. Brought my car in for a mechanical issue. Remzi and his coworker spent almost an hour diagnosing the problem. They even put it up on the lift and charged me nothing. But it gets better. He called to the local Ford dealership and found out that the parts and labor to resolve the problem was still under a 6-year drive train warranty so instead of taking the business and earning the money himself he referred me over to the dealership for a free repair.
