The woman that handled my TWIC enrollment was almost unbearable. I feel so bad for her, I could feel all the negative energy when she opened the door. "NEXT" and no greeting, doesn't ask how I'm doing or anything. She made me feel alot of things like awkward, nervous, out of place and unwanted. I just can't believe how awful that 5 minutes was.
