Very pleased with FCL's automotive locksmith service. My son had lost the keyblade from his flip key, and it was the only key he had for the car. To make matters worse, the car locked itself, so we could not get inside the vehicle, when I accidentally washed the key fob with the laundry. Skylar and Eddie were FANTASTIC technicians. The woman that handled my TWIC enrollment was almost unbearable. I feel so bad for her, I could feel all the negative energy when she opened the door. "NEXT" and no greeting, doesn't ask how I'm doing or anything. She made me feel alot of things like awkward, nervous, out of place and unwanted. I just can't believe how awful that 5 minutes was.
