Called and asked if they were accepting new patients on July 9th. They said two different doctors were and I needed to fill out an application and would hear back in a couple days. Had a voicemail today (17 days later) that they in fact were not accepting new patients. Wanted to leave my current physician because of the lack of response and caring. These might be great doctors, but apparently the administration and doctors must not communicate very well.

Staff is not friendly or helpful! New to the area and wanted to establish. The doctors in this clinic were highly recommended. But with staff like that, I wouldn’t want to be a patient there. Evidently the front staff needs some customer service training. The doctors may not be accepting new patients at this time, but when they are, they won’t have any with a front desk like that.

While all of the staff here seems to be exceptional, I see Marissa Baus NP and she is awesome! She is caring and compassionate, super smart and very accommodating. More importantly, above all else, I trust her to take very good care of me. I have perfect faith in her.
