Lynn a teller up there is a very rude and does not try to help when you have a problem. This is unusual since my family has been banking with FCB since they opened their doors. This person needs to be put somewhere she doesn't deal with the public. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this person. Im sure im not the only customer who has had to deal with this unprofessional behavior.
