We have been using FCB for over 20 years! The Maryville location takes care of my personal and business needs each and every week. Mary was absolutely awesome during an issue I had last year with fraud on our business account. Brian and Deb are absolutely rock stars in the loan department! They are always there in a timely manner for all things I send their way. Thank you to the entire staff for going above and beyond for us!

We used FCB for our construction loan, and unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. Despite clear red flags surrounding our general contractor — including missed payments to subcontractors, delayed timelines, and questionable documentation — the bank continued to approve draws without meaningful oversight or accountability. Brought in a check, not the first time. Now they charge a fee to cash a check, up to 2k free but I paid 15 for a 2175 check. The teller also called the check issuer to make sure they wrote the check, as if I’m a theif. Not recommended.
