Simply awful
If you are a woman without a man. Don’t step foot in this business. No care in the world, no respect. Men walk all over you, thinking you won’t catch their mistakes. Went to get a car for my girlfriend as the co-signer. Without being told a single thing, car ended up being in my name. Finance chalks it up to me having better past history. Still have yet to receive my plates because we are at the mercy of Maryland motor vehicles, but can’t tell me when they will arrive or actually anything. Very nice place to purchase a new or used car
Really disappointed with the service. I brought my car in for a simple fix that was promised to take less than 2 hours (called earlier to ensure timing and plan the day). However have been here for now over 3 hours and they can’t give me car back since they “started” fixing it , and I had to miss important appointments because they can’t manage the accurate time needed for repairs.
