I was diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosis some years ago after being originally misdiagnosed as thrush for some years. A biopsy confirmed the diagnosis and was told by my doctor that the only treatment was steroid cream. That is not a long term solution and did not help the pain, discomfort, itching and thinning of skin. I have been a client for a few years. Today I was called up by a very rude receptionist from FBW to confirm my appointment for tomorrow. The receptionist claims I received a text message reminder Friday last week, and asked if I could confirm my appointment. I confirmed my appointment over the phone with her, but I was then told by the receptionist I will need a new referral before coming tomorrow.
