I just had a simlar experience with the FBS. I was totally shocked and customer for almost 20 years! I moved from NJ just recently and called to cancel service and possibly get a refund given you pay quarterly in advance. I thought it would be a pleasant conversation, wishing each other well, etc. However, after speaking to the fairly pleasant admin person, the owner (name starts with a "D") comes on the phone totally berating me for leaving them because he'd provided some services almost two years ago and I guess felt he di... read more
