We hired FBS Custom Security Doors to install a $27,000 door for our house of worship, in Ponte Vedra Beach, expecting both beauty and enhanced safety. This company took our money and left us with a ballistic door that is hinged to go the opposite of what we asked and the veneer is all bubbled. They kept the lock we paid for. Promised to come fix it by 7/14/25. They have been refusing to take our calls and ignored our letter. Do not trust them. David V. lied multiple times. UPDATE: March 23, 2025 Beware and proceed with caution if you are even thinking about buying a door from David. Read all the reviews and believe what everyone is saying. We waited two years for our door with months of excuses. Our door was finally ready after two years and our home burned down. David would not return our money and was very rude.
