Great place to rent from.
The main problem is Melissa smith and all the crooks that work for her they are the most unreliable and disrespectful unprofessional people I have ever met. She will lie and use whatever power she has with that company and pretty much ruin you I went without air conditioning for one month, was late the following month with rent purposely to hopefully get them to fix my issue but instead she evicted me and lied lied lied once it was time to go to court but if you don’t have an attorney Corsicana judge will mostly side with la... read more
Terrible customer service, terrible management, if you live in their property just expect the worst, they raise prices every time you renew your contract then the maintenance is just terrible, they won’t come fix the issue when you submit a request or if they do come they will dona poor job that in leas than nothing will give you trouble again.
