Great customer service, great place for work on my 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3.
Good people great work
Had them do a bunch of under carriage work. Within a year one of the tie rods they swapped out went bad. I was at another big shop who figured the issue out. I called and they said the part is under warranty. Great so I had them pull the truck off the lift and then FBK told me they couldn’t get it in till December. Hauling excavators or other equipment, I couldn’t go down the road and it go out on me. I get the labor isn’t included. I’m fine with that. FBK is an amazing local business with amazing people working there. I brought them my 2025 RAM truck for a leveling kit to be installed. After a short time the truck would continually creak when going over small changes in the roadway. I brought them my truck and they checked the torque of all components, however it did not remedy the problem.
