I absolutely loved working with Amanda and Gigi. Amanda was so on top of all the planning from makeup trial to my wedding day timeline. She was also very responsive when I had any concerns or questions. Gigi was amazing and she made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! My make up stayed on the entire night, even with the humidity and dancing! I can't recommend FBJ weddings for makeup enough!!
Alicia and Leanna made me and my girls look FABULOUS for wedding day 😍 good communication across the company and all went according to plan. Definitely recommend FBJ! :)
As a wedding coordinator in the Charlottesville/Richmond area, I have always had great experiences with FBJ. My brides and their moms/wedding parties always look flawless and their hair and makeup is still looking fresh even as the bride is heading out the door at the end of the night! Amanda, Joy, and the whole FBJ team are accommodating and thorough in the planning process and most importantly, bring a great vibe to any wedding morning -- just what you need to set the tone for an amazing day!
Since they’ve responded: please note that the response from the company to my review is garbage at best. This company has done everything except be transparent. I asked for transparency as to why my pay was wrong. Why my brides were being told different prices from what we were told. I gave every opportunity for this company to be transparent. I was very disappointed on my wedding day. I was quoted a price, then told something different. They constantly messed up my timeline and I had to keep checking it and had to ask them to change it 4 times. They added a second artist the night before my wedding and stated they would be starting HOURS later and sent over revised timeline, it was all wrong and left out multiple services from the timeline- I didn't realize this until I was on the way to my venue the morning of my wedding.
