Steven was amazing providing a detailed building report and organizing a pest inspection as well as part of his service, I choose this so I had 4 eyes go over the property, both specialists in thier field as this was a very expensive purchase so I needed the best pre inspections which ended up saving me a lot of money.

We recently did a pre-purchase building and pest report with FBInspect, and would not hesitate to recommend them! Steve really went above and beyond and his thorough reporting was invaluable in helping us understand the condition of the property in question. Couldn't recommend Steve highly enough! We got Steve to inspect our property after the real estate had already had their inspector go through it. Steve went above and beyond, identifying a number of serious issues that weren't even mentioned in the real estate's report. Thanks to Steve we were able to address these issues and prevent them from causing further damage without our knowledge.
