FBI we're appointed by my letting agent to fit new flooring downstairs. The measuring up was done a couple of years ago. However due to some issues with the letting agent the fitting has only just been authorised. Jubilant at the special day at last I had cleared all my trinkets out of the lounge and kitchen, TV, books, DVDs, plants. Leaving just the essentials a chair,, sofa 2 glass cabinets and a sideboard. Outstanding experience throughout with our resurfacing of stairs and landing. Highly recommend this company - they are expert, very professional and great value for money.
We had our entire house carpeted by FBI and his team. We were given various options that suited our home and lifestyle, the costs were reasonable and the fitting was completed to a high standard. From the point of quotation through to the delivery of the flooring the service from FBI Ltd was exceptional. They faced certain challenges and were able to come up with solutions that did not incur much more than quoted. The two Harry's turned up and were prompt in laying the screed and Harry M certainly knew his job and laid the final floor covering in record time. We certainly recommend this company to all who are looking for a flooring solution. We have other projects in mind and will look to them to provide the answers.
