We had a $200,000 building constructed, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The structure has been plagued with persistent issues, particularly water leaks, which they have attempted to fix multiple times—without success. They provided us with a blueprint, but failed to follow it during construction. Even while unresolved problems remained, they pressured us to make the final payment.
