I had been fighting with insurance for weeks. HAVN knocked on my door after noticing tarps covering missing shingles. They worked with me and pushed the insurance company for 3 months and were able to help us get a full roof replacement.
Liam was super kind when he asked to take pictures of our roof to give us an estimate of how much it would cost. He later said it wasn't likely my insurance would cover anything but if I wanted an estimate he was willing to send someone over. He followed through. He told me they prefer both homeowners be at the home for an estimate but when I explained my husband has an incredibly busy work schedule he told me it was ok that it was just me. The company should make sure they loan their cars to responsible people. Going 20 over in a construction zone.Swerving in and out of traffic with the company info plastered all over the car looks bad. Especially when you guys are construction.
Adam did an A+ job as the project coordinator. His team was efficient and professional. We are very pleased with how the new roof looks and amazed at how clean everything was left after the job was completed.
I recently had HAVN install gutter guards at my home, and they were professional, punctual, and did the installation quickly.It is a relief to not worry about my gutters being plugged, and they look great !
