Looks like they do a good job. BUT..the crew fired up the generators and nail guns way before 7am when it is allowed in our city. The 630 wake up was jarring. I roofed in college. It is very hot all summer. The heat sucks, but you have to be considerate of the neighbors and city ordinances. I hope they do not do this at every stop. It is simply inconsiderate.
Be extra careful with this company. Don't file any insurance claims until you have a second opinion. ETA: So here's the deal, a sales man came to our door. Said we could get our roof re-done, insurance will cover it, he will take care of everything! So we said okay, he sounded so convincing. We did all the things he said, filed with our insurance. HAVN was selected to replace 160 roofs and rain gutters in our entire community. They are approximately 75% complete at this point and they are moving fast and doing an excellent job. The work is coordinated efficient and they clean up. Great work! The project manager Conner has been a joy to work with communicating shingle deliveries, schedule changes knocking on doors when needed.
