6 months and still no work done to the roof of my father's house, they are fast to take money but not to do the work, I warned my father about how you all do business and boy was i right!
Fbc has been very helpful with insurance approval, selection of products, and getting us started with our roof replacement. Would recommend
BEWARE of FBC Roofing!!! They are the most dishonest, misleading company I have ever dealt with!! During our initial in home meeting, Benny explained the issues with our roof and the process regarding dealing with our insurance company. He had me initial an agreement and explained it was to allow him to be on my property when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof, and to talk with him about any issues. Aaron was great to work with and helped us work through the hurdles with our insurance to ensure we received full payment. Garrett was direct and clear when presenting our options. He listened to our questions and concerns and gave us good information so we could make an informed decision.
I’m very happy, I used this company to have my roof replace. They were very knowledgeable, and quick in getting the work done. When issues arise, they were able to figured it out responsible and quickly as possible. I highly recommend them!!
