My wife and I are so glad we chose FBC for our basement finishing project. Compared to every other construction experience we've heard from friends and family being a complete horror story, ours was great with the most predictability, communications, + quality craftsmanship. We expected some standard amount of snafoos, but they were surprisingly quite small. We highly recommend FBC to everyone, but we're unique in that the price tag was achievable for us. We have worked with FBC for 2 projects (finish basement and mud room/laundry/powder bath), and are currently at the beginning of our largest project yet (kitchen, main floor, master bath). We have really enjoyed the process of working directly with the designers, project management team, and construction team. They have an incredible sense of communication and transparency.
