I would never do business with FBC Mortgage again. Even though we paid our homeowners premium directly to the insurance company before closing and they provided FBC with proof of payment and the policy information, FBC sent the insurance company a check after the closing instead of deducting the amount already paid from our closing document and reducing the amount we needed to bring to the closing.
