If there was a way to give 10 stars I would, Mrs. Kristin Hawkins is the absolute best. She helped my wife and I buy our first home. It was the smoothest process I have ever been a part of. She ALWAYS looked out for our best interest especially with us being first time home buyers. Any questions or concerns I had she had answer or explanations for. Mrs. Kristin is the only person I will ever use for a mortgage broker from here on out. Thank you x1000. If you’re the market to purchase a house, this is your best bet.

I had a physician loan with FBC Mortgage - Kristin unfortunately was very unprofessional during our home buying process and never answers her phone / calls back after leaving voicemails. Short example: We sat down with the title company (she knows our closing date and time) and we had to contact her regarding a discrepancy… she made a change to our signing disclosure on the DAY OF closing (1AM that night, see photo attached) and requested us to update our signatures without any notice of changing anything that had been on th... read more
