If I can give them 0 I will...worse company that I ever see for your mortgage loan, bad costumer service, they never will help you, but yet steal your money, I re- finance my loan with another company and send FBC to FTS! and now I have better monthly payments and interes rate, they are just a bunch of MF...STAY AWAY FROM THIS MORTGAGE and check others banks for your house loan.
