I jumped the gun on the review below regarding Jay. To his defense, most issues stemmed from the client. In the past 6 days, Jay has been communicating with myself and the realtor daily. Sorry Jay and FBC. And thanks to the team for doing what they can do to process the loan.
I am a seller that is working with a buyer whose lender is FBC. We have been waiting to close for 2 weeks due to FBC being unable to do simple employment verification checks. I have called Jay several times but he quit answering after our first conversation. He blamed it on his processor. I do not think FBC has the capacity to do what they say they are going to do.
Absolutely worthless. Jay was a joke. He like to talk a lot and joke. Had all paperwork ready. Asked for weeks if anything else needed. He could answer any questions really. Had to work with back office folks. Zero Communication not only with us. But listening to the way the speak about each other. Disaster. Didn’t even show up for closing on 500k home. Run. Don’t use them.
We worked with Patrick on our Mortgage and he was great! Great communication and quick to respond to everything.
Patrick is the reason I did not re fi my house and purchase my new one with him. He is misleading and will never follow up.. it was always I will let you know everyday for weeks. I decided to go to waterstone and see mike david and he not only beat the rate but they made it so easy. Patrick needs to get his stuff together.
