Their HR is sloppy. They do not respect a candidate's time. You should at least thank candidates that gave their time to go to the interviews. They made me reschedule my first interview due to whatever reason, so I had to accommodate their needs. When doing a follow-up to find out the status, HR (Aman) will just ghost you. Extremely rude.
