Don't Trust FB Doors, "Renato" the GM or "John" or the Company. So far both have lied to me, not trustworthy, do not trust these people. I unfortunately signed a contract, delivery and installation approx (8 weeks) told by both Renato and John at time of signing ....Windows manufacturing company (ESW) in Colombia. (8) weeks now, I'm now told (Estimated) installation is (FOUR MONTHS)..Make sure you read all the negative reviews about this company. Beware, don't trust these people.
