I applied for a position and was interviewed. Two days later I was told the owner hired someone else. Owner then called me two weeks later and offered me the position, he also talked badly about the employee who had interviewed me. He told me to put my two week notice at my other job. When I showed up the next day the he said he wasn't ready for me could I come back. He called me ten minutes later and told me in retrospect he wanted to hire someone with more experience. Very unprofessional.
