We arrived and the car we were scheduled to see needed to be jumped to start. They tried telling me that's normal. As soon as we started the test drive the dashboard lit up with with the issues the car had. It shook at 20mph and the navigation system would not stop dinging. The vehicle was clearly not ready to be sold. Who knows what they're sending people off with? Their cars are not safe.

Updated Review: Within hours of posting my original review below, Chris called me. The car went back in for a 10-day repair. No loaner provided. After getting it back I had Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury independently inspect the work. Motor mounts still failing — engine visibly lifting under acceleration on video. Intermediate shaft still has bearing play. Differential pinion seal still leaking. All four wheels still bent. Fazza's invoice said everything was fixed.
