I love Fazolis! Gosh I have gone through drive thru numerous times but finally decided to go inside and eat. It was the best decision ever. The worker she was an older lady, was amazing in every way! Very helpful, kind, professional! She was a 10/10 worker. Oh did I mention they hsve real silverware! I almost died lol I kept telling my friend, thst Fazolis is like a knock off of Apple bees. Cheaper and just as good! Will be coming back!

Lousy service. Stood around 5 minutes, nobody to take an order. No other customers waiting at the counter or drive up. When service did arrive, they walked right past me - no greeting, acknowledgment, nothing. They proceeded to go into the kitchen and disappeared again. Couldn't believe the bad service. Owner or Management to blame for poor employee selection, training, expectation setting and oversight. Going elsewhere.
