I have always been a fan of this Fazoli't location since it opened several years ago. My kids love it and you do get good value for the money. The service is usually just "so-so" which is to be expected with any fast food in Lubbock and I am used to that. However, on Sunday evening (10/10/10) this "so-so" service slipped to an all time low. A simple request for lemon for iced tea ruined the entire experience for my family.
