Destiny made me feel like I was at home eating with family! Service was fast, food was prepared fresh and hot
Food was fresh and hot. Service was quick and seamless. We visit there maybe once a month, never disappointed.
Well ordered 6 breadsticks with marinara got home the marinara was opened poured at the bottom of my bag and got only 5 breadsticks on top of that the drive thru cashier basically threw my food and said have a nice day didn't even receive a receipt nothing .. So disappointed good food but employees not professional

Salad was a giant bowl of lettuce, breadsticks were not done, pizza was burnt. Spoke to a manager and she acted like she didn't care and had an attitude
This is the worst service we have ever had. Ordered dinner for six. Recieved food for five. They did not even ring up the food for my daughter. Called and they agreed to replace the item. But dinner was ruined. It was supposed to be a birthday meal for my son. Needless to say, someone ended up with a burger and fries. And the food was nasty.
The food was good until my wife and I began rubbing shoulders with cockroaches climbing the walls. I killed one and took it to the manager who simply said, "Awesome!" There are no city or county health inspectors to check restaurant environments in the city of Shawnee. That is now being done by the state through the Kansas Dept of Agriculture. So much for healthy eating in Shawnee, KS. Eat there at your own risk!
Great people, great food. But horrid service. You won't be getting those extra breadsticks anytime soon
