Cindy and Alex completely saved the day. We did a cater order. Food was so good and the team was so hungry we ran out too fast. Called and within 15 minutes door to door Cindy and Alex hustled to get us taken care of. Thank you - whoot whoot!

My wife and I decided on Fazoli’s for a quick but tasteful meal after church worship service. Dalilah was very pleasant with my wife and I and volunteered on two occasions (not three to be a nuisance) to see that we were satisfied with our meal and overall experience. My wife and Insimply wanted to make sure Fazoli’s management received positive feedback of their associate for being accommodating to a customer, even as she was cleaning tables and taking new orders from the counter.
