Expo is really important when running a restaurant. Verify every order, everytime. Chicken Carbonara definitely should have chicken in it.
The lasagna was over baked and did not have enough sauce. Bread sticks were too salty.
OMG, the lasagna was the most SALTY meal I have ever eaten. It was not consumable, after the 3rd bite I had to trash it. Hopefully nothing swells up after all that sodium.
