My niece and myself visit the Richmond Fazoli's when we come to Richmond. The food is superb along with cleanliness . But the BEST of the visit is with Jovonda & Beth . These wonderful ladies are the main reason we come back. They are, kind, friendly and always making sure our food is the best. It's hard to find a smile from anyone now days. These 2 ladies will have you leaving happy..
The food was hot, service was in a timely manner. Food quality was not as good as I remembered.
Had the classic sampler for lunch after sometime had passed. Severely not feeling well and sick. Their food is going downhill. Just don't recommend eating there anymore.
