Excellent guest services!
Erica the young lady in drive through was quick and friendly she repeated my order at the speaker box and conformed it 1 last time at the drive through window, Connor the gentleman on line guaranteed fresh hot pasta and bread and that's exactly what we got ! Our service was outstanding and the customer service and teamwork was outta this world can't wait till next team you all rock
The last two times I have ordered wings there has been no celery. Is celery not included anymore? Today I ordered bone-in wings, got home and they were boneless and I do not like chicken nuggets! I ordered shrimp fettuccine manicotti. For me, it was too spicy and so salty could hardly eat. I realize this is the way it comes to the restaurant. Thanks
My family and my self visited Greeley, Colorado from San Antonio, TX to visit my daughter and her fiance and wanted to celebrate having a nice after not seeing them for a year. I had the shrimp bake and we ordered other numerous other items which included salads and deserts.....about $70 worth of food. This Fazoli's is about a 45 minute drive from there and given all what we had ordered, I was SURE something was going to get left out. The food was good, I had a salad. The cashier and server Amber was super friendly, and she greeted everyone who walked in the door. Fazoli's is lucky to have her on their team.
Had a great lunch with fazolis. I love how fast the drive thru was and how sweet the girl at the window was being.
Went Through Drive Thru. to Order Our Usual family Meal. Family Meals Now the Salad is an Extra $6 Instead of included. So ordered the Caesar Salad Got Home and Was Just a Tub of Lettuce, They Forgot the other Stuff.. Also They were out of sauce Containers so They improvised and Put it in an Aluminum Container with a FLIMSY Lid.. The Sauce was All Over the Bag when I Got Home. I just went through the drive through. The pink-haired cashier shorted me $10, which I did get back. I'm not sure that was an accident. And then she didn't give me silverware, napkin etc. When I came back to get those items she told me they didn't have any and were waiting for a delivery tomorrow. I guess I just throw this out then? Ridiculous. The food was fine.
This is a great place to eat, the food is good and the service is awesome, Catherine is the best,she goes out of her way to make sure the customers are taken care of.
