My favorite Fazoli's & Our daughter's favorite Restaurant! – I love going to this Fazoli?s with my daughter. The staff is always SO nice and during the day when they are not busy, they have even gone out of their way to be helpful to me if it looks like I have my hands full ? such as carrying a tray for me, etc. It?s a clean atmosphere and my daughter and I can both order something we enjoy there that is more healthy than the alternatives. Best place to take the kids. – If you have lots of kids (or not) Fazoli's is definitely the place to take them. It's loud and boisterouse and you don't have to worry about offending anyone. Most days the service is good and the staff are normally polite. The prices are affordable and the atmosphere is casual. Hope this helps.
so-so italian – they have changed their menu and it hasn't been for the better. The pizza used to be really worth it. The pasta isnt bad for drive thru and the breadsticks are delicious.

only fast food we eat – Fast food Italian...can't beat that. My husband and I try to avoid fast food restaurants mostly because of the health factor. This place is ideal when were on the run and want a healthy meal. The bread sticks are addictive.
Quick Service Value – If you are tired of guzzling hamburgers between mall stops Fazolis is a good alternative. It hit a rough patch a while back but turned itself around and is now a reliable stop for a fast meal. The food is routine and there are enough quasi healthy options that you don't feel supersized. During mid-day the place it always busy.
Superior – When i went to fazoli's in marion, IL i was treated with royalty. The people there very polite and very outgoing. The food temperature was at it's top perfection and the resturant was very clean and neatly organized.
