The way they handle the food in here is enough to make you fall in love for this place. The people that started out this place know what they are doing.
I will never go back to this place. I am not one to complain or write reviews unless I feel it is absolutely necessary. So let's start from the beginning... I walk in today and tell them I need a full acrylic set with matte nail polish on top. They smiled and said sure, pick out a color. So I did, sat down, and that is where it all started... the first thing the lady did was clip my real nails. Not so bad, right? Fazoli's Has Great Spaghetti
The lack of customer service and the baffling rude women that work there has made me want to tell everyone don't waste your time going here. Find somewhere else that will want your business, not make you feel make you feel as though they are doing YOU a favor by letting you pay them to do your nails. I'd never recommend this place to anyone.
Great Place To Eat – Have visited Fazoli's in Westerville many times. Friendly people, clean restaurant, and great food!! Always been a pleasure.
Horrid – Food and service horrible
Good breadsticks... Bout it though. – Food usually cold. Not so fast at all. Breadsticks make it semi worth it.
Fast Food Italian – Ok, if you want an inexpensive, fast food-type Italian experience, Fazoli's is pretty good. The staff is always friendly, and willing to adjust a dish if they can for your needs. The problem is, this IS a fast food joint. That means most of the foods are pre-prepared and then reheated and combined for you when you order.
