My family and my self visited Greeley, Colorado from San Antonio, TX to visit my daughter and her fiance and wanted to celebrate having a nice after not seeing them for a year. I had the shrimp bake and we ordered other numerous other items which included salads and deserts.....about $70 worth of food. This Fazoli's is about a 45 minute drive from there and given all what we had ordered, I was SURE something was going to get left out. Went Through Drive Thru. to Order Our Usual family Meal. Family Meals Now the Salad is an Extra $6 Instead of included. So ordered the Caesar Salad Got Home and Was Just a Tub of Lettuce, They Forgot the other Stuff.. Also They were out of sauce Containers so They improvised and Put it in an Aluminum Container with a FLIMSY Lid.. The Sauce was All Over the Bag when I Got Home. After Years of Eating at Fazolis I am Calling it Quits... Take Out is Not Worth it when you Get Ripped off and Have to Clean up a Huge Mess Just to Ea... read more

I just went through the drive through. The pink-haired cashier shorted me $10, which I did get back. I'm not sure that was an accident. And then she didn't give me silverware, napkin etc. When I came back to get those items she told me they didn't have any and were waiting for a delivery tomorrow. I guess I just throw this out then? Ridiculous. The food was fine.
