Oven-Baked Dishes and Submarinos are never baked 'til you order them! Fazoli’s is normally a good place to eat. We went at 8 pm and honestly thought it was closed because the lights outside were all off but people were inside. When we ordered we let them know the lights were out and the girl just shrugged her shoulders. Most of the dinning room pasted the pop machines was closed off and 4 tables in the area available had dirty plates on them so not keeping up with the dinning room. I’ve never been treated so rudely. I came in an hour before closing and they refused to serve me
Most expensive it has been and the food quality was the worse it has been. Spicy Baked ziti was luke warm. Ziti was dry and the dish was not spicy. Not fresh really. Since then the owner and manager Deanna (I believe) made it right. Great management and great food. Thank you.
