I hadn't had Fazoli's in 20 years, and honestly don't recall it being as good as it was today. Will be back soon and frequently, especially for BOGO promos and bread sticks.
I don't know what is going on here lately, but I ordered food for me and my father and they shorted us his side salad. I called them since my dad's house is 20 minutes away and they said they'd make sure they gave me my money back. Then this time I called ahead and told them they owed me a side salad to please have one in the order I was going to order online. They said they would. My husband was just at the Preston Highway Fazolis getting some spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce, add 3 extra meatballs. When we first ordered to the sweet babygirl Taylor at the register, she rang us up for 1 spaghetti with meatballs with meat sauce when we wanted 2, one for myself and one for my husband.
