Food was good. Service is horrible! Waited for 20 minutes for food to come out, it was not my order (this is the 2nd time). Bathroom was very dirty also

Fazoli's has upped their game, in my opinion, moving it to a cross between a fast food place and a restaurant, and that's a good move. The food is very good and prepared quickly. Service is a main difference. Once one orders, they can find their seat. An employee will bring the food to you. In addition, an employee will bus the table upon your departure.
Can’t say enough good things about this place! Great food, friendly waitstaff. I hope Fazoli’s stays open for many years to come.
The food was hot and fresh, the service was friendly. Please clean your soft drink fountain Nozzles.
