Alright, I know what people are going to say. "5 stars!? Fazoli's?" I am a realist and understand that it is a fast food restaurant. But the service here has always been wonderful. The food, better than you would expect. It's an itallian fast food joint. But I have consistently gotten HOT food, perfectly soft breadsticks, and excellent service. The people smile, quick service. I tried to clean my own table and was quickly scolded lol "I'll handle that!" Yeah, its "fast food" but its good, affordable and great service.
Our server (and the guy who was doing EVERYTHING) had such a positive attitude and really prioritized the customer. He was pleasant with every family that he interacted with. Incredible job to Trey. Give that guy a raise.
